Are your storage boxes truly foldable?
Yes! All our foldable storage boxes can be collapsed flat when not in use, saving up to 80% of storage space. Simply remove any items, and the box folds flat in seconds. This makes them perfect for seasonal storage or when you need to reclaim space.
How do I clean my storage boxes?
Most of our fabric storage boxes can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap. For deeper cleaning, some models have removable liners that can be machine washed. Plastic containers can be wiped down with household cleaners. Always check the care instructions included with your product.
What sizes are available?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental United States. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate of $5.99. Expedited and express shipping options are also available at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping (3-5 business days) and Express shipping (1-2 business days) are available for an additional fee. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
What is your return policy?

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States, including all 50 states and US territories. We're working on expanding our shipping options to serve international customers in the future.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also contact our customer service team at support@leanpact.shop with your order number for tracking assistance.
Do your storage boxes come assembled?
Most of our storage boxes arrive ready to use - simply unfold and they're ready for organizing! Some larger items or sets may require minimal assembly. Assembly instructions are included when needed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
