Our Commitment

At LeanPact, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy.

30-Day Return Policy

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them
  • Items must be in the original packaging
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, assembled, or damaged by the customer
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@leanpact.shop with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item to the address provided within 14 days of receiving your RMA number

Return Shipping

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
  • PayPal refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary
  3. If you've done both and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@leanpact.shop
