How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email support@leanpact.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack Your Item: Place the item in its original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, use a sturdy box with adequate padding.
- Ship It Back: Send the package to the address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging (when possible)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged or defective item? We're sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or defect
- Description of the issue
We'll send a prepaid return label and ship a replacement at no cost to you.
Refund Timeline
- Return received: 1-2 business days for inspection
- Refund processed: 3-5 business days after approval
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear
- PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days to appear
