How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email support@leanpact.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Pack Your Item: Place the item in its original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, use a sturdy box with adequate padding.
  3. Ship It Back: Send the package to the address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging (when possible)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective item? We're sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage or defect
  • Description of the issue

We'll send a prepaid return label and ship a replacement at no cost to you.

Refund Timeline

  • Return received: 1-2 business days for inspection
  • Refund processed: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear
  • PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days to appear
