Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 US states and US territories. International shipping is not available at this time.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and do not include order processing time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental United States. This offer applies automatically at checkout when your order total (before taxes) exceeds $50.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and the shipping method selected. The carrier will be indicated in your shipping confirmation email.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package by:

  • Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Visiting the carrier's website and entering your tracking number
  • Contacting our customer service team

Shipping to PO Boxes

We can ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited and express shipping options may not be available for PO Box addresses.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged:

  • Lost packages: Contact us if your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package. We will work with the carrier to locate your order or issue a replacement.
  • Damaged packages: Please take photos of the damaged packaging and products and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • High volume periods (holidays, sales events)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
